As of the new year stepping in, we have a running total of 1,448 bottles and cans
1/5/13 total: 1,618 (that's 627 returns during our challenge. Awesome sauce! Thank you one and all that participated during this challenge and thank you to the support person who matched each of the 627 returns!)

Recently a supporter came to us and stated that they would like to double each bottle/can that is returned to Basisco Recycling Center. So essentially, your 5 cent deposit will be doubled for a total of 10 cents. This offer will run between now and January 3rd, 2013. Please let them know at Basisco that you would like to add your total to the running total under the name "Drey." As of tonight the running total is 1,100! Way to go.
